These wearables have in-community location awareness with all features integrated into a single device, including Machine-Learning Fall Detection, Nurse Alerts, Wander Management, and Access Control.

Rythmos® CareManager Mobile App

Our mobile app has integrated PTT (push-to-talk-) for 2-way audio with individual and group calls, phone location tracking, built-in duress alerts, and alert response features for optimized efficiency.

Wander Door Sensors

Battery powered sensors that are placed on doors to provide notification if a wander tagged residents is nearby when a door opens as part of our customizable wander management settings.

Pull Cords

Pull cord devices were installed throughout community to allow residents to initiate alerts to caregivers by simply pulling down on the cord in addition to the built in help button on their wearables.
